Our Approach
At Whispering Woods Therapy, we recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Each person brings their own strengths, experiences, needs, and goals.
We take the time to understand what is important to you and what may be getting in the way. Together, we build practical strategies and skills that support participation in everyday life — at home, school, work, and in the community.
Our approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. We focus on supporting regulation, independence, self-advocacy, and meaningful participation while respecting each person’s identity, autonomy, and way of experiencing the world.
We are a safe space for you to just be.
